Specifications

Material select requirement:

All material contact with clay selects Model 316 stainless steel.

Other parts required corrosive resistance use Model 304 stainless steel.

Upper parts:

Motor power and reducer: use German SEW brand, MC3PLSF05 i=50 37KW

Upper shaft left and right screw blade: Φ180mm 316 stainless steel, have water cooling inner shaft.

Front end hydraulic cylinder (upper clay tank): inner wall use Model 316 stainless steel, have water cooling.

Upper shaft rotation speed: 29.6RPM (adjustable)

Cutter: use Model 316 stainless steel

Lower part:

Drive motor and reducer: use German brand SEW, M3PSF60 i=80 75KW

Main shaft: Φ310, Model 316 stainless steel, inner and outer shaft water cooling.

Side screw: Φ220 Model 316 stainless steel, have water cooling in inner and outer shaft.

Main shaft material: 40Cr

Inner ring of extruding cylinder: Model 316 stainless steel, have water cooling jacket.

Extruding end should have temperature and pressure sensor, and convert to electrical sign to feedback to control panel meter.

Vacuum chamber:

inner wall: Model 316 stainless steel

Vacuum pump: >550 liter/Min, motor power: 3Kw

Vacuum station noise should less than 75dB (within 1 M) when working, vacuum pump capacity meet let the vacuum degree to -0.098MPa.

It allowed transparent observation window in four sides.

Control panel: Control panel: free standing (includes the wiring between control panel and machine)

Cooling pipes: exposure parts have thermal insulation jacket.

Motor supply: 380V three phase 50HZ
